#01 Solidarity: how do we work together?

Towards a Fair Practice in the Arts is a collective trajectory, for and by the art sectors, striving for more solidarity, diversity, sustainability and ethically justifiable artistic practices. It is organized by SOTA, NICC, oKo, Hoogtijd, ACOD culture, Kunstenloket and Kunstenpunt.

This document contains the reports of the parallel working tables that were organized during a work conference. In multiple worktables – all representing (best) practices concerning solidarity in the arts sector – we collectively explored the possibilities for more solidarity in relation to time, space and resources.

#Metoo, Her story in Dance — On Activism, Solidarity and Precision

In the wake of #metoo, several dance communities took actions to address the issue of sexual harassment. Even though it is now more apparent than ever that sexual harassment is present in all corners of the world and in all industries, it remains crucial to address these problems on a microscale and in environments that are closest to us.
