Read the report from Echo 2023, sector day for classical music
The second edition of Echo – the sector day for classical music professionals – focused on the theme of “quality(s).” Six panel discussions held up the notion of quality, ranging from repertoire choice to the power of “unlearning.
Two speakers (an established and a new voice) also gave their views on quality: Toks Dada, curator of the Southbank Centre in London, and musician Djuwa Mroivili.
This publication is a reflection of Echo 2023. You’ll find (excerpts from) the inspired keynotes and a summary report of each panel discussion. This report is in Dutch, but you can also find the keynotes in English.
