Be part of our new early music network

What?

Together with REMA and MAFestival, Kunstenpunt is starting a network for early music this fall, by analogy with similar networks that already exist within new music, folk and jazz. In this way we want to provide a platform for exchange and connection within the sector, keep the lines of communication between the players and organizations short, and represent the sector to policy makers, specialists, enthusiasts and the wider public.

On June 6, for the first time, we are gathering interested people who want to be part of this network, and help pull it together. At this first meeting we will bring together everyone who wants to be part of the network and build a solid foundation. There are plans for first events during the MAFestival (04-13/08) and the REMA Summit (30/11-03/12) in Brussels and Bruges that we would like to discuss collectively. Furthermore, we would like to start with a mapping of the sector and its needs.

During the meeting we would like to hear your input and ideas on how this network can maximize its impact on all parts of the sector.
