Classic Connections 2017
From 28 until 30 January 2017, three classical music events will take place in Belgium – Klara in deSingel in Antwerp, Bozar Sundays and Propulse in Brussels. On this special occasion, Flanders Arts Institute and Wallonie-Bruxelles Musiques will be organising an international visitors’ programme for music professionals.
During Klara in deSingel, visitors will be able to attend concerts of ensembles, soloists and orchestras such as Brussels Philharmonic, Tmesis, Apotheosis, Oxalys, Vlaams Radio Koor & Eric Whitacre and Taurus Quartet.
At BOZAR, the programme includes an interactive workshop, a network lunch and concerts by Revue Blanche and the NOB. At Flagey, the international visitors will attend ProPulse Classique, a showcase event where classical music artists from Wallonia and Brussels get the chance to perform on stage.
The visitors’ programme is an initiative of Kunstenpunt/Flanders Arts Institute and Wallonie-Bruxelles Musiques in cooperation with Klara, deSingel, Bozar, ProPulse and Flagey.
