Young artists in the city: perform as an opening act for Klarafestival 2024
Klarafestival is looking for young artists in the city ! Perform as an opening act for Klarafestival 2024, between February 26 and March 6, at one of our three locations in Brussels.
Practical
We are looking for young classical ensembles or musicians who want to play a few mini-concerts in the run-up to Klarafestival. The locations for these concerts will be announced later, but they will take place from February 26 to March 6, 2024. In both afternoon and evening sessions, there will be one ensemble or musician who will play 3 or 4 concerts of 15 to 20 minutes each, in a cosy setting for a limited audience. The repertoire played may be the same each time or it may vary, it’s up to you.
Each musician will receive a compensation of 150 euros (all-inclusive) for the concerts played, altogether. Payment can only be made via invoice or interim (SBK). We expect a professional performance level from all musicians.

We will let you know by Tuesday, January 16 at the latest whether you have been selected to play concerts as a musician or ensemble. Only complete applications will be considered.
