Collaborate with the Hauts-de-France region in the North of France
Do you work in the cultural sector and would you like to realize a project together with a partner from the Northern French region of Hauts-de-France? Then do not hesitate and submit your project proposal no later than March 1, 2024.
Since 2018, Flanders and Hauts-de-France have had an agreement on cultural cooperation. Part of that agreement is an annual call for projects to stimulate cultural cooperation and exchange between both regions. Cultural actors from Flanders and Hauts-de-France who set up a project together can receive a subsidy.

What
Based on this call for projects, we support bilateral cooperation projects. With this call we want to stimulate cooperation and promote public participation in both regions. We focus on supporting emerging talent and promoting sustainable cross-border cultural exchanges.
For whom
The call for projects is open to artists and organizations that are professionally active in the cultural sector. The project can take different forms and is subsidized by both regions. You can apply for a project subsidy for an amount of up to 20,000 euros.
When
The project will take place between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025.
