Performers/ actors/dancers sought for graduate work
Manou Selhorst – theater teacher and directing student at Toneelacademie Maastricht – is looking for performers/actors/dancers (m/f/x) for her graduation performance.
In this performance, she delves into the human interactions around the pool of a luxury resort. Desires there are fulfilled as quickly as possible by the staff, who are always “at their disposal. But what if the guests actually serve the staff? Unbeknownst to them, they may be satisfying the voyeuristic desires of the lifeguard or serving as objects of lust in the obscene fantasies of the chambermaid.
Open call
Through movement and text, the rehearsals explore the power relations between staff and guest, between rich and poor, between the lover and the loved.
As a performer, you will be part of the entire creative process, thinking about the above themes and creating your own movement and text material from improvisation. Does that sound like something for you? Then be sure to sign up for the audition workshop!

- You are at least 17 years old.
- You have a feeling for theater, dance or performance.
- You have a lot, little or no experience.
- You like to work from improvisation and with movement.
