Make your dream come true with the Vocatio grant!
Are you between 18 and 30 years old and looking for financial support to follow your passion? You’ve come to the right place: Vocatio offers €10,000 scholarships every year to young talents who, like you, could use a little help to pursue their vocation.
The call for candidates is open from September 16 to November 4, 2024.
Can I apply for a Vocatio grant?
Vocatio scholarships are available to all young people, without distinction of language, origin, culture or level of study, subject to certain conditions:
- On December 31 of the filing year, you are at least 18 and less than 30 years old.
- You are Belgian or if you have a foreign nationality:
- you must be anchored in Belgium, i.e. be domiciled in Belgium and have lived there for at least five years;
- you must not be from a country where a similar organisation/foundation to Vocatio exists. Young people of French nationality, for example, will be referred to the French foundation ‘La fondation Marcel Bleustein- Blanchet de la Vocation’;
- Your project is a vocation (a passion or life project) based on:
- a pursuit of excellence
- as well as a commitment to social impact
- Your vocation is concrete and you can demonstrate achievements. So it is more than an idea. You experience financial difficulties in developing it further.
- Your vocation falls under one of the six domains supported by Vocatio:
- Medical science
- Science and technique
- Social and human sciences
- Performing arts
- Plastic arts
- Crafts
