Horst Festival offers workspace for creatives and artists
Are you a creative maker or artist in need of space? Establish your studio at Asiat Park, the vibrant new urban hub near Brussels! Join Horst Arts & Music and .TheWorkshop in transforming a 2000m² manufacturing building into a dynamic workspace. We are seeking emerging and established makers, designers, artists, and scenographers, united by their passion for the production and processing of materials. We aim for a mix of diverse crafts and disciplines.
In 2024 .TheWorkshop emerged from HISK, which temporarily ceased its activities in January 2024, and established itself in March at the makerspace in Asiat Park along with professional makers and artists.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Asiat Park biedt een weerbestendig en veilig gebouw met uitgebreide brandbeveiliging en nutsaansluitingen. Het productiegebouw ligt aan de rand van Asiat Park offers a weatherproof and secure building with comprehensive fire safety and utility connections. The manufacturing building is located on the outskirts of Asiat Park and is easily accessible for large transport due to its location and layout with large gates. It features a central hall of 1400m2 with several adjoining rooms ranging from 30 to 175m2, bringing the total area to 2000m2. The front of the building will be repurposed.
The large hall will be compartmentalized with warehouse racks, allowing us to tailor the square footage to the needs of each tenant. The relatively open arrangement of warehouse racks requires good compatibility with other tenants in the space. In addition to these spaces, we provide some shared facilities (toilet, office, dining area, and kitchenette). We are open to discuss which workspaces can be shared (spray booth, welding spot, etc). Lease contracts are available for both short and long terms, up to a maximum of 9 years, at a rate of 60 euros per square meter per year.
- If you are interested and would like to secure a spot, please send an e-mail with your motivation, portfolio and project details to info@asiatpark.be before 28 June.
